We process all Personal Data you transmit to us when accessing the Website, which may consist of identifiers such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, shipping or billing address, IP address, and in general any identifier capable of making you identified or identifiable (hereinafter "Personal Data").

This includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the server response status, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

  • Order management and account registration: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing this data is mandatory to complete a purchase.
  • Enquiry response: processing is based on your consent or on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to requests. Providing data is optional, but without it your request cannot be addressed.
  • Marketing and newsletter: processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be freely withdrawn at any time.
  • Legal compliance: processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Fraud prevention: processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Your Personal Data may be shared with the following recipients (the "Recipients"):

  • subjects typically acting as data processors, such as: IT and hosting service providers, couriers and shipping companies for order delivery, payment institutions and e-commerce platforms, professionals providing accounting, legal and tax advisory services;

  • object to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes;
  • where applicable, receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the Personal Data concerning you (data portability).
